Bon Voyage!

All our bags are packed, we're ready to go...We will be leaving around 1 today and driving to Omaha, NE to catch up with all of Dan's family for the trip. Here is a break down so you know where we are:

Omaha to Ft. Lauderdale on the 22nd, Get on cruise ship the 23rd, 24th & 25th at sea, 26th St. Maarten, 27th St. Thomas, 28th at sea, 29th Princess Cays, 30th back to Ft. Lauderdale & fly back to Omaha, 31st drive & pick up Zac, home on the 1st!

It's the perfect time to head somewhere tropical. The snow is coming down and winter weather is definitely in the air! I'm so excited I can barely sit still. See you in the New Year!

Getting Already

I realize I haven't chatted in awhile so I thought I'd drop a quick message before we leave tomorrow. We are pretty much ready for our trip: packages have been sent; all Christmas cards are done; my mom was here over the weekend to help make some Christmas goodies to share with coworkers, neighbors, family & friends; Zac & her left yesterday; Gabby is ready to go today. It's hard to pack your kids up for 10 days and say good-bye but on the flip side I am SO excited for a break from them and some relaxing time with just Dan & I. I'm sure by day 5 I'll REALLY be missing them but I know they will be fine and enjoying the holidays without me! I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and safe New Year! Talk to you more in 2008!

Christmas Cards Coming

I'm happy to report I got half of our Christmas cards done this weekend so one might be coming your way in the next couple of days. I did them in no particular order so if you don't get one right away, please be patient with me. I'll do the rest later this week.

Busy Time of Year

Things sure seem to be getting busier and busier by the day. My to do list is the longest I've EVER had it but I'm refusing to stress since it's only 11 more days till vacation!

Busy Training

I thought I'd make a quick post for those of you who check in regularly. I apologize for not getting anything posted sooner but I am VERY busy training. I love being back in the training environment but as with any new job or position change it's going to take me awhile until I feel completely comfortable and up to speed. For that reason, I feel like I'm spinning in circles and have a long list to get done before our trip and the holidays. Be patient with me and I promise I'll get some more things posted soon. THANKS!
